- 120 g Frozen berries
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Tuna and Bean Pasta
- Tuna steak
- a can of sweet corn
- 40g Bean pasta
- 1 tsp Red pesto
- Cook the steak and pasta. Mix all ingredients together.
- Calories: 511 kcal, Carbs: 23g, Fat: 11g, Protein: 68g
