  • 250 g Fat free yogurt
  • 120 g Frozen berries
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • Calories: 202 kcal, Carbs: 34g, Fat: 0g, Protein: 14g

Tuna and Bean Pasta

  • Tuna steak
  • a can of sweet corn
  • 40g Bean pasta
  • 1 tsp Red pesto
  • Cook the steak and pasta. Mix all ingredients together.
  • Calories: 511 kcal, Carbs: 23g, Fat: 11g, Protein: 68g
