The Truth about Overeating

The truth about overeating is pretty scary.

Everyone has a food choice that can’t resist. Such as crisps, pringles, nuts, chocolate, etc.

All these food are great in flavour and this make them so irresistible. We overeat them not because our weak willpower, but because the food companies are really in good in selling them.

All these are called hyper-palatable food. They taste great and we want more and more.

This is one of the point I educate my clients at Fitness Reload (@fitnesreload). About different type of food. How to avoid them and how to replace them and also when to eat them.

When you combine 3 main ingredients Salt, Sugar and Fat and add extra flavouring and extra colour, the taste of the food becomes irresistible, such as Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownie or Vinegar and Salt Crisps.

So, not much to do with your willpower, it’s more to do with your choice. If you chose any of these foods, you will most likely end up eating more than one piece and put on weight or you will chose less processed food and you will eat more of it but you will still stay in your calorie intake.

No one cares about your health, you are the only one in charge. Chose wisely.
