For me the best pre-workout meal should contain enough carbs to match my goal, around 25g protein. I always make sure I have enough time to digestive the food, so it doesn’t sit in my stomach when I workout.

Some days I struggle with time and normally go to rice cakes and jam and a strong coffee. .
But my favourite is rice and fish 😍

You need to chose the food right so you can use that energy on the gym floor with putting Max effort 🏋🏻‍♀️
